Global Head of Learning and Development Opportunity

Network HR is partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to recruit a Global Head of Learning and Development. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for translating the organisation's business plans into actionable learning and development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the consultation, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global learning initiatives.
  • Ensure learning initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and support the development of a capable and agile workforce.
  • Lead a small team of 5 direct reports and oversee a larger L&D team aligned to a contact centre.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the business and manage the delivery of learning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience of operating as a manager to a large team.
  • Previous experience of heading up a learning and development team, aligned to a contact centre, within financial services.
