About The Role

Fulfilment Administrator (Red Cross Training)
Location: Greater Manchester (hybrid; working between home and the Salford office)
Hours: per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £, per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Fulfilment Administrator to support our Training team in delivering vital and lifesaving first aid training in the local community. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping us process daily orders, liaise with stakeholders, and provide excellent customer service.

A Day in the Life of the Fulfilment Administrator
As a Fulfilment Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing daily orders for consumables and equipment, ensuring logs are updated and materials arrive in the correct format.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Providing general customer service and customer care skills, dealing with queries online and on the phone.
  • Actively participating in all team meetings, engaging within RCT and BRC as a representative of the Fulfilment team.

Our training programmes help to generate surplus funds back into the wider charity, supporting our mission of connecting human kindness with human crisis.

Requirements

  • IT literate with competence in MS office - outlook, word, and excel.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven work experience within a broad administrative role with an understanding of financial processes.
