About the Role

Fulfilment Administrator

The British Red Cross is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfilment Administrator to join our Training team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of vital and lifesaving first aid training in your local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily orders for consumables and equipment, ensuring logs are updated and materials arrive in the correct format.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of goods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to queries online and over the phone.
  • Participate in team meetings and engage with the wider Red Cross organization as a representative of the Fulfilment team.
Requirements
  • IT literate with competence in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to our customers.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic setting.
