Job Title: Customer Service Advisor for Vulnerable Populations

Job Summary: The Recruitment Co is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Warrington. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to vulnerable and older people through dedicated call support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clear and friendly telephone manner to customers
* Confirm customer safety and report repairs as needed
* Speak to housing officers and other family members
* Possess excellent computer skills and keen attention to detail

Requirements:

* Experience in customer service or healthcare
* Strong desire to reassure and help
* Ability to work in a flexible environment

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.56
* Permanent position from day one
* Full-time and part-time positions available

Shift Examples:

* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30-5:30
* Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8:30-5:30
* Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30-5:30
* Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8:30-5:30
