Automotive MET Technician Wanted

We are recruiting a highly skilled MET Strip Fitter/MET Technician to work in our cutting-edge body shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results that meet factory standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow correct repair techniques to produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
Requirements
  • Served a recognized apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter/MET Technician and gained a technical qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a MET Technician/MET Strip Fitter within a busy body shop.
  • Detailed diagnostic training.
Salary and Benefits
  • Basic Salary: Up To £44,000
  • Individual Time Saved Bonus potential, aiming for £50K+

A typical 45-hour week, Monday to Friday, provides a comfortable work-life balance.
