About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team at Gemini Accident Repair Centres in Kettering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality repairs and transformations of damaged vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess vehicle damage to determine the most effective repair strategy.
  • Lead and guide non-qualified staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient job completion within estimated times.
  • Analyse additional work required and advise on parts ordering.

Other Duties

You will be expected to undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability.
