Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team at Dept. of Recruitment Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in panel repairs and replacements, with excellent knowledge of industry-leading techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality panel repairs and replacements on various vehicles.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle manufacturers standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Panel Technician, ATA accreditation preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair methods and techniques.
  • Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
Benefits:
  • £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, negotiable at interview.
  • Comprehensive bonus scheme up to £1,000 monthly based on performance.

  • 30 days holiday including public holidays, plus additional days with service.
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm working pattern.
