Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at Northampton Business Directory.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles in accordance with the repair estimate, while following methods and procedures issued on every job.

This includes ensuring all Safety-related items and materials are within used-by dates and fit for purpose, and reporting deviations from the estimate or methods issued to the estimator immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision to non-qualified technicians where applicable.
  • Check that all parts are ordered as per estimate, to ensure that the repair can be completed without delay.
  • Be aware of and adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements:

You will need extensive knowledge and experience in collision repair and automotive refinish techniques, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
