About the Role
A dynamic SEND Teacher is sought to join our team at a special educational needs school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and other complex needs, as well as knowledge of Makaton and other communication systems. Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver personalized lessons to meet the unique needs of each pupil
* Support pupils in developing their communication, social, and emotional skills
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with children with severe or profound learning difficulties
* Knowledge of Makaton and other effective communication systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
