Inclusive Education Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Inclusive Classroom Educator to join our team in delivering high-quality education to students with SEND.

The role involves working in Schools, Hospital Schools, and Alternative provisions, with potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.

No prior SEN experience is necessary, as we welcome individuals eager to develop their skills and build a career in this fulfilling field.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • SEN experience
  • Deep knowledge of the National curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring students
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new classrooms
  • Strong behaviour management skills

Responsibilities will include:

  • Fulfilling school policies
  • Developing engaging lesson plans
  • Delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the National curriculum and exam requirements
