As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our retirement development, ensuring a hassle-free and worry-free lifestyle for our Home Owners.
As a Retirement Living Manager, you will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, providing a first-class service to Owners and managing the maintenance of the property. You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organising activities and events for Owners.
This is a pivotal role in the success of the Lodge, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a background in administration and customer service.
About You
We are looking for someone who is an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people, and be able to work independently, using your own initiative.
