X4 Technology is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our award-winning team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, leveraging business development outreach calls to drive growth and success. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have access to a comprehensive training program designed to help you succeed in this exciting and fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Utilize our internal Application Tracking System (ATS) to manage client calls and retrieve necessary information
  • Manage time effectively to complete day-to-day tasks within deadlines
  • Qualify candidates and fulfill post-placement follow-up to demonstrate tenacity and provide a reputable consultancy service
  • Collaborate with other consultants to enhance market knowledge and role capability
  • Establish an active LinkedIn presence to engage with clients and candidates and strengthen market presence
  • Attend training sessions and understand X4's policies surrounding behaviour, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
