About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Savant Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, identifying and sourcing top talent, and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencing and communicating with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences
  • Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet client objectives
  • Managing and maintaining a database of candidates and clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates on their job search and career development
  • Working closely with management and senior consultants to achieve business objectives
  • Sourcing and briefing candidates on job opportunities, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process
  • Meeting and exceeding set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
About You
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, with a strong track record of success
  • Or 6+ months recruitment experience, with a solid understanding of the recruitment value chain
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, with excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and candidates at all levels
