About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Savant Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and expectations
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Work closely with management and senior consultants to achieve business objectives
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Previous sales or business development experience, or 6+ months recruitment experience on a permanent or interim basis
  • Able to attain new and maintain new business through various initiatives
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with a consultative approach to client and candidate relationships
  • Ability to thoroughly learn a market and become an expert in your field
