About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Griffin Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit candidates for our clients' job openings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on clients' needs and requirements
  • Advertise job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms
  • Develop new business and generate new leads
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Secure deals and make commission
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be ambitious, motivated, and financially driven
  • Have a confident, competitive, and charismatic edge
  • Degree educated, or good A-Level (or equivalent) results
  • Ideally have played competitive sport to a high level
  • Genuinely wanting to have a successful long-term career
