Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our team at IP-People. As a Technical Lead for Modern Workplace Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Act as the Design and Implementation Lead/Senior Technical Engineer for key clients, building strong relationships, attending regular reviews, developing technical strategies, and managing escalations.
  • Team Management: Manage the Technical Implementation team, conducting one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, training plans, and overseeing diary management.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the Technical Director, Solutions Architect, and other Senior Engineers to lead solution design, planning, and implementation for projects such as Server and Network Installations, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to support other technical teams for clients where you hold Technical Lead responsibility.
  • Client Support: Assist Client Account Managers in the creation of Statements of Work (SoW) and provide line management for team members.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and assist colleagues, Junior Engineers, and Apprentices within the technical teams, fostering opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
  • Project Support: Support other Technical Leads and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive technical expertise in Windows and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, ideally with experience in Networking/Wireless.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Proficiency in managing modern workplace cloud infrastructure, including SharePoint management, design, and implementation.
  • Intune and Autopilot: Strong knowledge of Intune and Autopilot, with hands-on experience in their management, design, and implementation.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least five people.
  • Technical Delivery: Capability to serve as a senior technical delivery engineer while concurrently managing a team.
  • Customer SLAs and KPIs: Solid understanding and experience with customer SLAs and KPIs.
