Senior Professional Services Consultant / Team Lead

IP-People is seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead our Modern Workplace team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Design and Implementation Lead for key clients, building strong relationships and developing technical strategies.
  • Manage the Technical Implementation team, conducting one-on-one meetings and overseeing diary management.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director and Solutions Architect to lead solution design and planning for projects such as Server and Network Installations, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support other technical teams.
  • Assist Client Account Managers in creating Statements of Work.
  • Provide line management for team members and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Extensive technical expertise in Windows and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing modern workplace cloud infrastructure, including SharePoint management and design.
  • Strong knowledge of Intune and Autopilot, with hands-on experience in their management and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least five people.
  • Capability to serve as a senior technical delivery engineer while managing a team.
  • Solid understanding and experience with customer SLAs and KPIs.
