Senior Professional Services Consultant / Team Lead

IP-People is seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead our Modern Workplace team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation: Act as the lead technical engineer for key clients, building strong relationships, attending regular reviews, and developing technical strategies and roadmaps.

Team Management: Manage the Technical Implementation team, conducting one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training plans.

Collaboration: Work with the Technical Director, Solutions Architect, and Senior Engineers to lead solution design, planning, and implementation for projects such as Server and Network Installations, Office 365, and SharePoint.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to support other technical teams for clients where you hold Technical Lead responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Extensive technical expertise in Windows and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing modern workplace cloud infrastructure, including SharePoint management, design, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Intune and Autopilot, with hands-on experience in their management, design, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least five people.
  • Capability to serve as a senior technical delivery engineer while concurrently managing a team.
  • Solid understanding and experience with customer SLAs and KPIs.
