Senior Professional Services Consultant / Team Lead

IP-People is seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead our Modern Workplace team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Design and Implementation Lead for key clients, developing technical strategies and roadmaps, identifying commercial opportunities, and managing escalations.
  • Manage the Technical Implementation team, conducting one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training plans.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director and Solutions Architect to lead solution design, planning, and implementation for projects such as Server and Network Installations, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support other technical teams.
  • Assist Client Account Managers in creating Statements of Work (SoW).
  • Provide line management for team members and mentor junior engineers and apprentices.
  • Support other Technical Leads and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Extensive technical expertise in Windows and Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, with experience in Networking/Wireless.
  • Proficiency in managing modern workplace cloud infrastructure, including SharePoint management, design, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Intune and Autopilot, with hands-on experience in their management, design, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least five people.
  • Capability to serve as a senior technical delivery engineer while concurrently managing a team.
  • Solid understanding and experience with customer SLAs and KPIs.
