Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Moto, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving financial targets and managing budgets, P&L, and labour costs.
- Develop and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring each colleague feels valued, supported, and able to grow both personally and professionally.
- Ensure delivery of brand standards and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Lead shifts, including opening and closing the store, and make decisions to drive business results.
- Proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume retail or catering brand environment.
- Experience working to and delivering against budgets, P&L, labour costs, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and motivate team members to achieve results.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager, or a manager in the retail, catering, or hospitality sectors.
- Annual bonus up to £7,800pa.
