About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at FatFace in Winchester. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in your store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in-store
  • Manage and maintain store appearance, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to create engaging store displays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
