About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Winchester Accessorize Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store, managing and developing your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective management of store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and window displays that meet company standards and drive sales.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a retail management role, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
