We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Winchester Accessorize Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store, managing and developing your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive store performance through effective team management and development
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising and window displays
- Maximize commercial opportunities and drive sales within the store
- Promote and deliver piercing services to customers
- Ensure an inclusive environment and promote equality and kindness within the team
- Proven track record of managing a successful retail store
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead by example
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and support other stores and team members as needed
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
