We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Winchester Accessorize Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store, managing and developing your team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and loss prevention.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and window displays to drive sales and attract customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
