We are seeking a confident and inspiring leader to join our team as a Retail Duty Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store, managing and developing your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Drive store performance through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize commercial opportunities and drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
