Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Drive store performance through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control
  • Implement and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and window displays
  • Monitor and control store costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing a successful retail store
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
