Surgical Inpatient Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatient Team at The Wilmslow Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Main Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of nursing care to patients in the surgical inpatient unit.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Supervise and direct junior staff and temporary staff to ensure effective team management and patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in research-based care and practice development initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Registered Nurse Level 1
- NMC Registration and PREP requirements
- Previous experience in a surgical setting
- Post-graduate experience of a broad range of surgical procedures
- Basic life support
