Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatients Team at The Wilmslow Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment
  • Supervise and direct junior staff and temporary staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the setting of clinical standards, policy, and procedures, and research-based care and other practice development initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Level 1
  • NMC Registration and PREP requirements
  • Previous experience in a surgical setting
  • Post-graduate experience of a broad range of surgical procedures
  • Basic life support
