Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Supervise and direct junior staff and temporary staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the setting of clinical standards, policy, and procedures, and research-based care and other practice development initiatives
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Registered Nurse Level 1
- NMC Registration and PREP requirements
- Previous experience in a surgical setting
- Post-graduate experience of a broad range of surgical procedures
- Basic life support
