Surgical Inpatient Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatient Team at The Wilmslow Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Main Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of nursing care to patients in our surgical unit.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Supervise and direct junior staff and temporary staff to ensure effective team management.
- Contribute to the setting of clinical standards, policy, and procedures, and research-based care and other practice development initiatives.
- Registered Nurse Level 1
- NMC Registration and PREP requirements
- Previous experience in a surgical setting
- Post-graduate experience of a broad range of surgical procedures
- Basic life support
