Digital Marketing Platforms Manager

At Canon, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Platforms Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Canon's digital marketing platform initiatives to maximize value delivered through our digital products.
- Act as the Product Manager/Product Owner for all B2B Marketing Platforms, including B2B Website, C2C, Partner Portal, Marketing Automation, and gating solution.
- Contribute to the overall B2B Digital programme and work with business stakeholders to agree prioritization of requirements and implementation schedules.
- Work with Business Units, IT, and Canon National Sales Organizations (NSO) to develop future B2B strategy.
- Manage all content processes for maintaining and developing the website and work with publishing teams to prioritize and schedule content updates.
- Represent the business in day-to-day development decisions and coordinate testing and accept UAT deployments.
- Drive business adoption of Digital Platform capabilities and work with analytics teams to analyze and visually report usage trends.
- Extensive international IT project management experience (SAFe / Agile methodologies).
- Experience working with Marketing platforms and understanding of Jira and typical Agile delivery methods.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Digital Product Owner/Product Manager and 3+ years' experience working on Website ownership, Marketing Automation, or Partner Portal.
- Proven track record with UX/CX and analytical skills, able to measure impact and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach.
- Passionate about customer experience and digital.
