Digital Marketing Platforms Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Platforms Manager to join our team at Canon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and driving the Digital Product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with customer expectations and business marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Canon's digital marketing platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and external market capabilities.
- Act as the Product Manager/Product Owner for all B2B Marketing Platforms, including B2B Website, C2C, Partner Portal, Marketing Automation, and gating solution.
- Contribute to the overall B2B Digital programme, capturing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to agree on prioritization of requirements and implementation schedules.
- Develop future B2B strategy in collaboration with Business Units, IT, and Canon National Sales Organizations (NSO).
- Manage and prioritize defects, and work with Functional Application Management to resolve production issues.
- Coordinate testing and accept UAT deployments, and communicate releases outlining new business value to business stakeholders.
- Drive business adoption of Digital Platform capabilities, and coordinate training with national stakeholders and L&D team.
- Use reporting data and analytics to drive business adoption and technical development.
- Extensive international IT project management experience, with expertise in SAFe / Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Marketing platforms, and working with IT delivery teams as Product Owner/Product Manager.
- Understanding of Jira and typical Agile delivery methods, such as SAFe or Scrum, user stories, etc.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Digital Product Owner/Product Manager, with 3+ years' experience working on Website ownership, Marketing Automation, or Partner Portal.
- Proven track record with UX/CX, and experience and understanding of working within an Agile/Scrum (SAFe) environment.
- Analytical skills, able to measure impact and identify trends.
- Demonstrable experience of working with Developers, Designers, and Testing teams on the roll-out and implementation of digital/IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive approach.
- Passionate about customer experience and digital.
- The ability to set clear objectives and develop plans to meet them.
