Technical Sales Manager

At Tarmac, we're committed to building a dynamic and inclusive environment where our people can thrive. We're currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team and support our Topsport and Topscape business in the northern region.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and sales.
- Act as a key interface between Tarmac and our customers, providing expert technical guidance and support.
- Identify market opportunities to grow sales of Topsport and Topscape products.
- Maximise selling prices and minimise purchase prices.
- Ensure product compliance and facilitate the design of new products.
- Strategically manage a portfolio of sales to deliver against targeted sales volumes, price, and profitability targets.
- Provide external market intelligence to support the evolution of our strategy approach.
- Proven experience in managing and developing customer accounts.
- Commercial understanding of our business within the sector.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver customer requirements.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Strong understanding of the regional market and competitive landscape.
