Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Tarmac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted sales volumes, price, and profitability targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to grow sales of Topsport and Topscape products
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
