Technical Sales Manager

At Tarmac, we're looking for a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our customers and promoting the sales of our Topsport and Topscape products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to grow our business
- Act as a liaison between our business and the sports and landscape sectors
- Identify market opportunities to increase sales of our product range
- Maximize selling prices and minimize purchase prices
- Ensure product compliance and facilitate the design of new products
- Strategically manage a portfolio of sales to deliver against targeted sales volumes, price, and profitability targets
- Provide market intelligence to support our business strategy
- Commercial understanding of our business within the sector
- Experience in managing and developing customer accounts
- Ability to utilize commercial tools and forecasts in your normal working day
- Influencing skills, negotiation skills, and change management skills
- Excellent understanding of the regional market and competitive landscape
