IT Systems Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of IT systems within our dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with key users and business leaders to analyze and document business requirements.

2. Design and implement process improvements and system enhancements that conform to industry best practices.

3. Provide day-to-day application support to key users and troubleshoot technical application and data issues.

4. Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or extensive experience in a relevant role within a pharma or manufacturing environment.

2. Proven industry experience in IT systems analysis and support.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with ERPs, preferably AS/400 (System i) and Infor XA.
