We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst to enhance and maintain IT systems for a leading organization in the Life Sciences sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective operation of IT systems within a vibrant manufacturing setting.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Your role as the IT Systems Analyst will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

1. Collaborating with key stakeholders to analyze, document, and prioritize business needs.

2. Designing and executing process improvements and system upgrades that align with industry standards and best practices.

3. Offering daily application support to users and resolving technical issues related to applications and data.

4. Engaging with users to assess information requirements and functional specifications.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

To excel in this role as the IT Systems Analyst, we are looking for candidates who possess:

1. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or substantial experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors.

2. Demonstrated experience in IT systems analysis and support.

3. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly AS/400 (System i) and Infor XA.
