The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

About the Role

This HR role requires an exceptionally organised and proactive individual who can support the HR team in providing a comprehensive HR service across the Group. The successful candidate will be site based and need a full driving licence.

  • Provide management information/data reports as requested/required.
  • Ensure company organisational charts are kept up to date where required.
  • Support wellbeing, disciplinary, grievance meetings etc, acting as note taker.

This role entails supporting various teams and ensuring that company policies are adhered to. A key skill for this role is multitasking, as the ability to deal with a range of incoming enquires efficiently is essential.

The ideal candidate should have some previous experience working in a similar administrative role and be proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
