This role is to support the function for the Low-Speed Operations of the depot, ensuring all information is correct before submitting to Commercial and Clients for processing.

**The Role**:

- Ensure the daily operational sheets and diaries are updated and correct by midday the following day checking that contract numbers, names, and vehicles are all correct.
- Checking and approving all direct and agency timesheets, ensuring that correct job numbers are being used.
- Collating all paperwork returned from site for each job, chasing any outstanding paperwork, and correctly filing away once complete. This includes both digital and physical paperwork.
- Liaising with clients for order numbers, booking works in, and any billing queries.
- Assisting with resource allocation for each job (both direct and agency workers).
- Collecting vehicle defect sheets (making sure every vehicle has one filled out each shift), keeping digital records of the defects, and assisting to book repairs where necessary.
- Supporting Commercial making sure the Diaries are kept up to date, ensuring works information is correct, and works are being billed on time.
- Support Performance Analyst by providing depot specific information.
- Any other duties as required.

- Previous experience within an administrative role (desirable)
- Previous industry experience (desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Essential)
