As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working across a cluster of primary schools, providing support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, and learning difficulties.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to plan and deliver tailored learning programs.
  3. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success.
  4. Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to support each child's individual needs.
  5. Provide one-on-one and small group support as needed, ensuring each child's needs are met effectively.


Our Benefits
Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
