Support Staff for Primary School SEN Needs

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Manchester. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs to access the curriculum and make progress in a mainstream primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individual and small group support to pupils with SEN
- To work closely with teachers and other education professionals to develop and implement effective support plans
- To maintain accurate records of pupil progress and achievements
- To communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support for pupils
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Ability to motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
Salary:
