About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at urbanbubble. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the completion of daily reactive work orders to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Manage all aspects of planned maintenance, including scheduling and coordination with contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the central team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and compliance reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a residential property setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair operations, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification and BIFM Level 4 qualification (desirable).
