About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Navartis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Health and Safety strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on health and safety matters
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety performance and provide feedback to project managers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain safety management systems
