Regional Director - Clinical Operations

A unique opportunity to lead a team of clinical research sites in Los Angeles, driving business growth and excellence in clinical operations.

As Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall business and clinical operations of the sites under your responsibility, ensuring targets are met, profitability levels achieved, and quality standards maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing clinical trial processes
  • Leading and managing operational teams to exceed financial, operational, and study-specific targets
  • Providing strategic oversight and leadership
  • Identifying business expansion opportunities
  • Collaborating with the Executive Team

You will report to the Vice President Operations and be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of study patients and staff, as well as adherence to quality standards.

This is a high-visibility role that requires a proven track record of strategic and leadership success within Clinical Operations/Patient Recruitment, with significant experience in building fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses.

You will be encouraged to think creatively, challenge traditional thinking, and bring novel patient recruitment and clinical solutions.

Location: Los Angeles, USA
Salary: Commensurate with experience
