Recruitment Coordinator

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the recruitment administration for multiple positions, ensuring timely and efficient processing of candidate applications.
- Advertise vacancies on internal and external job boards and social media channels, utilizing your knowledge of recruitment practices and industry trends.
- Schedule and organize interviews, send out confirmation emails, and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Conduct candidate pre-screens and provide guidance and advice to recruiting managers as needed.
- Utilize external candidate databases to support the recruitment team in candidate attraction and talent pipeline development.
- Actively create talent pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
- Take lead in the recruitment process for entry-level roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide administrative support, including raising POs and invoices, managing data protection requests, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proven experience in HR or recruitment administration, with a strong understanding of recruitment practices and industry trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of recruitment administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
