Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment team in sourcing and managing candidates for various positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment administration for multiple positions, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate pre-screens.
- Utilize external candidate databases and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to support the recruitment team in candidate attraction.
- Take lead in the recruitment process for entry-level roles and provide guidance and advice to recruiting managers as needed.
- Perform administrative duties, including raising purchase orders, managing data protection requests, and updating recruitment trackers.
Requirements
