Sales Development Representative

Our client, a leading multinational group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ecommerce strategy by implementing the go-to-market strategy, best practices, and developing sales enablement toolkits.
- Understand customer and market-specific challenges and pains in relation to the products and contribute to building tailored added value solutions.
- Achieve sales volume, revenue, and budget targets as defined by the General Manager.
- Identify sales targets, pursue, and monitor progress via the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Solid account management skills with a strong drive to deliver customer satisfaction and sustainable profit and volume growth.
- Customer-focused with sales experience working in a B2B sales environment and proven ability to win new business through direct customer contact.
- Creative mindset and tenacious approach to suit a dynamic and competitive market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full driving license.
