Reed is seeking a skilled Client Service Manager - Paraplanner to join their team of financial professionals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the annual review process for existing pension and investment clients, ensuring seamless client service delivery and maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the annual review process for existing wealth clients, ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, advisers, and support staff to provide ongoing service to existing clients.
  • Conduct pre-meeting fact-finding with existing clients, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and documented.
  • Ensure all client records are up-to-date and accurate, using Intelligent Office and other selected software.
  • Collaborate with administrators to deliver on transactions, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Write suitability reports and post-review letters for existing wealth clients, in accordance with firm procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge and understanding of FCA record-keeping requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Previous experience working in financial services, preferably within pensions and investments.
  • Basic investment fund knowledge and the ability to conduct performance analysis.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and team working skills within an office environment.
