Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Service Administrator to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high service levels are maintained through effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers to resolve service-related queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to arrange services and confirm service delivery.
  • Verify billing details and ensure invoices are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of the waste management industry is beneficial but not essential.
