Client Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Coordinator to join our Corporate Team in Exeter. As a key point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships and service quality.
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient correspondence with clients. You will establish a good rapport and high levels of trust with clients, contributing to the workflow within the team and ultimately to client service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage client correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and meetings, to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of procedures, problems, and resolutions to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Confidence and competence in using online systems, including Microsoft Teams, CRM, accounting software, and document filing systems.
