About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Coordinator to join our Corporate Team in Exeter. As a key point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships and service quality.

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient correspondence with clients. You will establish a good rapport and high levels of trust with clients, contributing to the workflow within the team and ultimately to client service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage client correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of procedures, problems, and resolutions to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Experience in a Professional Services or Customer Service environment.
